Between the growing homeless problem and the amount of unused government assets. An asset is worth a second chance, many of the homeless people of America have spent their whole lives in institutions, programs, nearly making ends meet there whole lives, by 30, they've given up, and it's true. Many of them resort to the only source of comfort that is attainable to them.
Why are we making gods job hard?
Nobody even wants a homeless shelter in there community any longer. And that's okay. You earned it you deserve peace of mind. But these people are equal in his eyes.
As the government pushes forward into the future. We need to give away some surplus vehicles to designated homeless "double wide trailer parks" at a rate of 1/3rd
